June 25, 2013. Specops Software announced today the release of Specops Password
Management 6.2 that includes password synchronization with SAP and IBM Domino.
The addition of these widely-used enterprise software providers marks the continued
development of Specops Password Management as a holistic solution for password
security.

Specops Password
Management is a solution that increases security through policy setting, cuts
costs by allowing users to reset their passwords and extends the lifetime of
password security through password synchronization with other platforms and
applications.

The addition of
synchronization support for SAP and IMB Domino means that companies can connect
these platforms to the password policies that have been set in Active Directory
and Group Policy. With one secure password employees can log on to all of the
platforms and applications they need access to. This applies the same set of
complexity rules to all systems and ensures passwords are changed regularly. Active
Directory password changes are instantly and automatically synchronized to
other systems.

Specops Password
Management included synchronization support for the following providers: Active
Directory, email notifications, Google Apps, Kerberos, LDAP, local accounts,
Microsoft Online Services, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database,
Salesforce.com, Windows Services, SAP, IBM Domino. It is easy to extend the
solution to include new providers.
